Dear Brothers and Sisters in Scouting,
with heavy heart we do have to inform you, that Lawrie ( Bob ) Dring, the former President of the World Federation of Independent Scouts, has gone home at the 06. September 2012.
Lawrie Dring was one of the founding members of our Federation and always guide us all in to the traditional scouting. He was a true Scout and will always be remembered as such, as he goes home to join the campfire of B.-P.
We all will miss him and our scouting family will be much poorer without his experience and enthusiasm.
In the name of the World Federation of Independent Scouts
